By making a reservation at Embankment Bistro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. Your reservation is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and validated by a member of our booking team. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been accepted.

2. Group Bookings & Deposits

For all groups of 10 or more guests, a deposit is required to secure the reservation.

The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits are redeemable against your final bill.
We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if the deposit is not received within the specified timeframe.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations or changes to your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice.

For group bookings, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time or in the event of a no-show.
Smaller bookings (1–4 guests) are not required to pay a deposit but repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.

4. Table Allocation

While we do our best to accommodate seating requests, specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations are held for 15 minutes from the booking time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Dining Duration

To ensure all guests are accommodated comfortably, we may apply a seating time of up to 2 hours during busy periods. For larger groups, additional time may be provided at our discretion.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking or when ordering. While we do our best to cater to all needs, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes.

7. Service Charge

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill for all dine-in guests. This goes directly to our team.
